对管理会计的两个评价

本文在对管理会计实践运用和理论研究考察的基础上 ,得出两个基本评价 :一是在实践运用中“用非所书” ,二是在理论研究上“书非所用”。基于管理会计理论和实践的严重背离 ,使我们有必要对其进行重大变革 ,它必须回归到“成本管理”这条道上来 ,而不是其它。     

对高校学习型社团组织建设问题的思考

学习型学生社团组织，就是在“以人为本”的教育理念指导下，以培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高素质人才为目标，充分调动广大学生的积极性，使学生成立以专业发展为依托能自主选择与自由活动的学生组织。基于高校学习型社团的特点，应从确定社团发展目标、规范社团内部组织管理、加强对外交流合作、构建能力提升的评价体系等方面加强建设，促进高校学生社团的健康持续发展。     

西藏旅游业经济效应初探

西藏自治区是一个在资源、区位、产业演变等诸多方面都有鲜明特色的区域，尤其是旅游资源和旅游业更具有明显的优势和特色，因此引起了众多学者的关注，现有的成果大多局限于规范分析和对策研究。运用统计描述等方法分析西藏旅游业的收入效应、创汇效应、就业效应以及旅游业对其他产业的关联和带动作用。分析结果表明，青藏铁路通车以后，西藏旅游业发展比较迅速，但也存在一定的差距。     

关于高等专科学校开设邓小平理论课的研究报告

邓小平理论课教学目标的确立和贯彻，确定教学内容的重点和难点，加强教学的针对性、实效性，改进、创新教学方法和手段。     

我国实施最低工资制度所产生的社会效果——从部分省市最低工资标准的提高进行分析

我国实施最低工资制度时间较短，与其相关的问题还有待进一步完善。文章从最低工资标准与职工平均工资的比例关系、与城市最低生活保障标准的关系及与收入分配的关系三个方面对我国最低工资制度的实施所产生的社会效果进行了具体的分析。通过对我国实施最低工资制度所产生的社会效果的分析，文章建议应从合理地测算并设定最低工资标准、完善最低工资制度的执行环境和健全最低工资制度的监管体系三个方面，进一步完善我国最低工资制度的实施。     

The effects of education in early-stage agriculture: some evidence from China

The stochastic production frontier approach is used to study the effects of education on agricultural efficiency for a cross-section of 'early-stage' farms from Guanghan County, Sichuan Province, China. Education for farm families in rural China is multifaceted with a combination of formal education, intragenerational transfer of knowledge within the home, and agricultural extension services. Since our survey data span two different years with markedly different policy environments, we are able to examine not only which aspects of education affect agricultural efficiency, but also whether or not the policy environment matters. We find limited evidence that in a policy environment that is conducive to agriculture, formal education provides positive returns in agriculture. Furthermore, general education may provide greater returns than the more targeted extension services.

本文探讨了网络中可能存在的隐患 ,并结合自己的管理经验提出了一些建议性的安全策略 ,对于网络管理人员提高安全意识和加强防范具有一定意义。     

Reconceptualizing the spillover effects of foreign direct investment: A process-dependent approach

Theory suggests that FDI spillovers are a function of the level of foreign presence. We extend this view by developing and testing the premise that variations in spillover effects are the result of differences in the process of foreign entry. Drawing from the concept of time compression diseconomies, we develop the constructs of pace and irregularity of foreign entry, and demonstrate that they negatively moderate the relationship between the level of foreign presence and the productivity of host-country firms. We also explain how and why the moderating role of the process of foreign entry is influenced by the intensity of R&D and technical knowledge in domestic industries. We find evidence that firms operating in low-tech sectors are better able to absorb fast foreign entry.     

中国地区经济趋异的非参数分析

本文采用AK模型和几何布朗运动建立了趋异分析的框架,并运用非参数分析方法,分别用一元和多元的核密度估计,对我国1978年以来的经济增长中的省际趋同模式进行了分析。结果表明,在我国的省级经济增长中,无法获得可信的,存在趋同趋势的数据支撑,我国各省的经济增长路径迄今还没有收敛的迹象,不同省份之间的增长率的差异也随着经济增长而扩大,甚至地区内的产出差距也在增加。论文还表明,我国各省区市之间也不存在俱乐部趋同的趋势。
